3cWPTP is a free theme wordpress,  three column, fluid width, widget ready WordPress theme with a definite Web 2.0 look. I don’t know how exactly a Web 2.0 design is defined, but from what I have seen, any design with a light colored gradient scheme (particularly blue or green) with some sort of projected borders constitute Web 2.0. And this theme has it all.
